The congress will take place at Herlev Hospital, which is situated approx. 13 km from Copenhagen city centre and official congress hotels. Bus transportation will be organized in the morning from the hotels before the sessions and back in the afternoon/evening after end of programme.
The sessions will take place in the auditorium on the 1st floor, and the lunch/coffee breaks and the industry exhibition will be located in a separate room on the ground floor only with access to congress participants.

Parking
Parking is free at the hospital, but please note that in most parking areas a maximum of 3 hours (or less) is allowed. This can be prolonged by calling the Hospital main number +45 38 68 38 68 and informing them about your car’s registration number, but we suggest that you park at Parking 3, 6 or 9 where parking all day is permitted.

Bus Transportation from official congress hotels to venue
Bus transportation is organized by the congress from Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen in Bredgade 37 (Please note: Bus departure around the corner from the hotel in the street Dronningens Tværgade) and Wakeup, Borgergade 9.
Only participants who have booked accommodation in Phoenix Hotel, will be able to take the bus from Phoenix Hotel.
Participants who have booked hotel in Wakeup, Borgergade OR OTHER HOTELS, will be able to take the bus from Wakeup, Borgergade.
