All accommodation prices are per room per night and include breakfast as well as 25 % VAT.
Bus transportation will be organized from the official Congress hotels to the venue in the morning and back to the hotels after the last session each day.

The hotels are booked on a first come, first served basis. Payment for accommodation in advance.
Cancellation of hotel reservation
If cancellation occurs before 18 May 2024, you will receive a full refund less a handling fee of 300 DKK
If cancellation occurs between 18 May and 21 July 2024, 50% of the booking value will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs after 21 July 2024, there will be no refund.
