The city of Copenhagen invites the participants of SSSH 2024 to a welcome reception at the Copenhagen City Hall where the famous City Hall Pancakes will be served.
Price: Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
N.B.: No transportation will be organised
If you are participating in the Welcome Reception, you will be able to pick up your name badge at the City Hall.

The congress dinner will take place at Restaurant Charlottenlund Fort situated a few kilometres north of Copenhagen. The restaurant has a 180° sea view from the unique location on top of the old fortress.

Congress participant: DKK 750
Accompanying person: DKK 1000
Included in price:
Welcome drink, three course dinner, wine ad libitum, coffee, open bar 1½ hours after the dinner.
There will be entertainment in the form of a live band and DJ.
Please note there will NOT be arranged any transportation to/from the dinner.
If you have signed up for the Congress Dinner, you will find a ticket for the event in your name badge.
The restaurant is located about 10 km from Copenhagen city centre.
Bus 23 stops at Charlottenlund Fort.
